ECU connector

Does anyone know how the extract a damaged wire from the connector and insert a new one? I am going to have to repair the metering oil pump wiring, and I was looking to see how to get the the old wire out and a new wire in and could not see how to get the connector apart. Any guidance on this would be mucj appreciated.

Just push a small fine pointed awl or blade in the back of the connector. Try to release a tab or notch that holds the pin in the plug. Then when the tab is released, gently pull on the wire from the back of the plug and it should come out with the pin. Kinda hard to explain but read what I said and take a look at the plug--you'll see what I mean.

HTH,

Scott
