You don't need one. There's a one-pin green connector near your front coil and battery in the engine bay. With the car off, ground it. Turn the key to "on" and gather codes. http://www.1300cc.com has some more good info and pics.

Only thing you will be gathering, if you try this, is a new ECU.
Use the link HAILERS provided, thats the CORRECT way to pull ECU codes.
