ECU check and adjustment question

I got into a conversation with some other Rotary people and they are saying that after you change your injectors, that it is a must that you reset the ECU. I have replaced my fuel injectors from 460cc to 550cc. Is there a need to read adjust the ECU settings? What would be the best way to do this?

It might be worthwhile to tighten up the spring on your AFM, but do it at your own risk.
