EastBear headlight conversion

Can somone please tell me where i can find the headlight conversion for teh FC3S from EastBear please

! Ive tried www.eastbear.co.jp and everytime i dowload the thing so i can read it, it doesnt work!

They have one left...I bought the second last one.

I had the Pod Covers painted and I'll be Installing them sometime this week...
