These are a few pictures of a rebuild I recently completed. The engine was running rough. Compression was strong on the front and down by 30% on the rear so I reluctantly opened her up.
One of these corners is not like the others...
This is what good sealing looks like:

Guess which apex seal spring came from the slot by the sticky corner seal:
