Dry Coolant in grounding spots?

Hey guys sorry to ask so many questions but i really want to get my car started once I get home.

My car cranks, but does not start. I hear bumps and lets assume that the fuel system works. The car is not flooded because i unflooded it.

1.) So is it possible that coolant got into some grounding spots when my car was leaking coolant from the lower part of the heater hose?

2.) If So, What kind of grounding points are there that is on the Spark Plug side of the engine or even the bottom of the transmission (Including the start)?

Thanks guys!
