Driveshaft U-Joints
Driveshaft U-Joints
Im getting my driveshaft powder coated and figured i should replace U-joints while im at it. Whats best place to get some U-Joints? cheap?? performance??
The u-joints are not easily replaceable. Madzatrix has new drive shafts with u-joints for 350$ plus depending on year and model. I took mine to a local machine shop and they cut and rewelded new yokes so I can replace the u-joints. Cost was 180$ including new u-joints and balancing.
Here's a link to Rockford. Turbo joints are part number 430-11. Normally aspirated is 430-10A. They run about $25 each. Rockford doesn't respond well to email, but if you call them, they're pretty helpful.

If Rockford doesn't have it, try Neapco.
