Drivers side headlight

The light goes on but does not go up anymore, I feel like it has to be a problem with the alternator because the lights flicker a little. Anyone else have this problem

If theres enough power for them to come on, then there should be enough for it to go up. Unplug the battery and try to move the ***** (accessible under the car below the headlights) and see if it'll move manually. Usually they get stuck and fry the motors constantly trying to move.

the lights flicker because of poor grounds, either through individual grounds or a faulty negative cable. check all grounds. does teh right headlight go up? if so, you may want to make sure the left headlight connector is firmly seated. if so, remove it and clean all connections on the connectors and test for 12V at the connector when the switch is turned on for the headlight to raise.
