87 TII with the lock in the unlock position inside handle and outside handle does not unless door, cant pull the panel fully off do to the dash. Is there any way to get the latch to open without drilling a hole? If pics are available that would be great to see what i gotta work with

Pop off the rain guard and use something to pop the lock

 

Yea had this happen twice. Just pry back as much of the door panel you can and reach in there. Need a new door lock or outside handle. I find the lil **** spring breaks real easy

 

Get in and out through the window... Racer style...

 

I'd go with this advice here. If you take the outer window seal off, you should be able to find something to operate the mechanism with. If you need detailed pictures of the door catch mechanism, let me know. Mine are out of my doors right now.
