Question drag?

has anyone drag raced there Fc? i have an 88 gxl na s4 and i have raced mountians before but last week i had my first drag against a honda and i kicked its butt! felt so good. yeah it was a honda but it kept reving its engine at me and decided to go for it. but when i did my fc didnt seem to have much power for a stright line from take off. is it becuase its a handling car rather than a drag?

lots of people drag race their FC, but that is not its "intended" purpose. You can do it though.
