DP wrap... anything applied underneath?

Someone was recently selling a DP and I could have swore that in the thread it said, "coated in VHT and wrapped." I don't know if it said VHT or what. What is this stuff? Where can I get it? I am guessing it is for securing the wrap and also for better cooling?

VHT is a Very High Temperature paint/coating that you spray on to header wrap to help seal out moisture

Ceramic coating is nice and all, but I've never seen it last more then a few years. It's possible that all the coatings I have seen are simply crappy, but still it makes me wonder exactly how all this stuff looks in 5 years. Header wrap is very effective, cheap, and easy to replace.
