DP + MP = New fuel pump?

I'm going to have a dp and mp made this weekend. What's the max boost I can safely run on the stock fuel system? When I upgrade the fuel pump to a Walbro, what's the maximum boost I can run then?

I don't know what the max boost is you can run with that stuff, but why not just buy the fuel pump FIRST? you know you'll need it soon anyways =)

I _think_ you can keep it around 11 psi.

Buy an A/F gauge if you don't already have one. Cheap insurance.

Well, the thing is that I'm not going to add anything more than the dp and mp for a while. What I'm try to figure out is will I run lean having a dp and mp with an HKS intake and straight single muffler? That's pretty much a straight through intake and exhaust.

...and will I shoot flames?

Either way, can someone post where I can buy a walbro fuel pump?

You'll probably start to run lean with dp, mp, and catback. I'm running a dp, mp, and Greddy Power Extreme with a Walbro. According to my A/F guage, I'm running rich. Being that the Walbro flows a lot more fuel than the stock pump, I'd definately get one. I'm sure I'd be running lean if I didn't switch out the pumps.

As far as flames go, YES. I have an Apexi blow off valve which helps with flamage, but when I put the Greddy on, WOW!! These things are over a foot long coming out the back of the car. My friends always ask me to drive it with them behind me so they can see it. They get a kick out of it. I think I need to lean it out some with my SAFC before I melt the bumper off though
I live in Sac and went over to K2RD to get my Walbro. They have pretty good prices on them.

I bought mine from Jason at Rx7 store. He is cool and will work with you. I've only found one place cheaper, and I can't remember. Good luck. Get it soon...
