i have an 87 T2 and im looking into getting a DP but i need to retain my main cat. i was lookinginto the racing beat DP and pre silenser combo but that will take me all the way to the y pipe. if i just buy the DP will that take me to the main cat? in the description on rx7store.net it basically says that if i buy the DP i need the pre silencer. what is everyone else running and keeping there main cat in place?

 

The DP will not bolt to the stock main cat position. you can get someone to make you a pipe to jump the gap though...

you sure there isnt any that will go from the turbo to the main cat it just seems to me that someone would make one. it makes life so much easier

 

Im pretty sure the corksport DP will bolt up to the stock cat
