down pipe size

down pipe size

stock turbo motor

would it be better to go with a 3inch downpipe with 2 1/2 inch y pipes


or a 2 1/2 inch dp with a 2 inch y?

The bigger the better on a Turbo, I have always heard ... plus it gives you some room to upgrade later.

only worry for me is will the stock fuel ssytem support it

mods need to be kept to a min till I get a TII tranny in there though rather then the N/a one that will be in there for a while but I don't want to cut myself short if I don't have to

3 inch downpipe is a very wise choice... but you also need to keep in mind that with the new tubing sizes you might want to start looking into fuel mods
