Door Striker Adjustable?

My driver door doesn't seem to close all the way. It seems like the striker is too far outwards. If I unscrew the striker, is it adjustable so I can move it more towards the center of the car? I get a lot of road noise and it leaks in the carwash. It also looks as if its partially opened when its closed all the way.

Mine is very nearly the same as that.

Except it doesn't leak.

If I tighten up the screws it gets closer.

Fixed it. Just unscrew the striker, which is a pita by the way. But I had a nice sized screw driver. Adjusted it upwards/downwards to line up right, and moved it in towards the centerline of the car. It looks like its closed all the way finally. I'll have to take it to a car wash to see if it leaks.
