Let me get this straight...

You want to KILL the door chime that tells you your doors are open???

You sure you didn't leave your headlights on?

There is thing called an ignition anti-theft metal spring loaded actuated thing- a -ma-bobber.
Put your key in the ignition, turn forward to accessories, turn back off, and when you remove that key thing, turn steering wheel slightly back and forth. You will hear a click , and magic. Next time, before you insert key, look at slot closely. If beep happens again, look to see if it is the same. Don't ever cut any wire for the sake of sanity> We own rotary marvels, thats crazy by itself. Have faith in a higher being, your next serious problem!

You could cut the door trigger at the CPU if you wanted to get rid of the buzzer (but we all will be laughing our asses off at you; when you post on wanting to know how to get into your car because you locked the keys inside- or left your headlights on and it drained your battery).

As posted above, are you sure you have the key all the way off? I've left the ignition in the accessory position for a long period of time (ONCE - I learned), and it beeps at you.

Find out what the beeping is from, first. In my experience, the door sensors tend to fail in the "door closed" mode - they're very simple little things, and they get some corrosion built up and no longer make a good contact when the door is open.

does it beep a order???

Beeping while driving is normally not the CPU, but rather the power steering computer telling you an error.

For example 5 beeps pause, 5 beeps would be the steering sensor.

The whole list of beeps is found in the FAQ for FC sticky thread at the top of thi section.
