With the door panal off just fabricate a bracket(baffle) that attaches to the door then just cut out the opening on the door panel.its pretty easy.Go towards the bottom of the front door with the 6" so it won't disturb the window and its components.
my last one had it done pretty easy actually. remove door skins and evaluate where you are going to put them, probably between the vent and the pocket. you will need some 3/4 or 1 inch mdf board, some cloth or vinyl, some 3M spray adhesive, 3M double sided sticky foam, a saw or such to cut metal, speaker wire, screws, and tape measure. you need to find a spot in the door where you have enough depth to clear the magnet from the window and regulator when rolling up and down. cut the metal in the area you will install the speaker. disassemble the door skin from the back so you can recover the center section. you will need to run wires from your radio or factory fronts into the doors, cut the mdf board to fit between the vent and pocket if possible then cut the whole to mount your speaker in. cover the back of the wood with some strips of the sticky foam stuff so it wont rattle, spray adhesive on the front, recover with cloth of choice, attach wood to doorskin, reinstall door skin, wire, mount speaker with grill. hope that helps and you can fill in the blanks. if not take it to a professional.
