When i hold the gas sitting still and get like 5 to 6k and let off the gas my a/f guage goes from rich all the way down and then doesn't show anything till idle then it pops back to rich, and there is some backfiring to. Is that just from that acv that i removed? And is there a way to get that to go away besides putting that valve back on?
that is normal. WHen you rev the engine and then stop revving it, the fuel is cut until it is needed at whatever the idle is set at thus creating a very lean spot. I see this all day long on my wideband.
Oh and one last thing. It likes to flood alot after runnint alittle hard and im going to get the compression first of course but what else could do this? I know the injectors are fine because i could start it up alot when not too hot.

Well I think my fuel gauge was wrong and when boosting probably ran out of fuel and kapowee. Just took the engine out and already to pickup another n/a engine for 100 bucks.
