ok im going up to the parts car today to grab the brakes and stuff for my 5 lug swap. can i just take right from the hub and mount it in place of where my 4 lug was at or do i need to take the whole works ? (struts and all)

any help would be appreciated i really need to get this project up and running im moving in less then a month need to have the car on the road
