Does it matter if I use 94 octane
I was wondering if it matter if I use 94 octane gas for my 87 RX-7? and why is not good to use synthec oil for it? and do you have to mix 2 cycle oil with the gas if so what does that do?
Also My car flood easy, what does that mean?
and is it a good idea to custom a single catback exhuast?

Definately dont run 94 in your 87 if it N/A unless you have enough mods to support it. If you run too high of an octane it can hurt power, increase emissions, lead to carbon build up all because you will not get complete combustion.
Synthetic oil is fine, the reason you werent supposed to run synthetic in the past is because they didnt burn very clean and carbon would build up as a result. Use a quality synthetic like Mobile1 or Royal Purple, they burn cleaner than most organic oils.
You can pre-mix oil if you want, you dont have to. Many people say that it will increase engine life and keep the rotor housing surface cleaner. I am sure it does help, but it is up to you to decide if the effort involved in dumping a couple ounces of oil in the tank every fill up is worth the small amount of engine like you will gain from it.

Every question you asked can be answered in detail either in the FAQ at the top of this section, or by using the search button. To anwer a few of them quickly:
Basically you want to run the lowest octane possible without the car detonating. On a N/A, 87 will yield the most power(unless have major portwork, timing advance, etc..). On a Turbo you need to run high octane because of the increased boost pressure. Higher octane fuels give more resistance to knock. You will not run rich by using higher octane, and it doesnt have anything to do with the car flooding, but you are just wasting money, and possibly loosing a few HP. It could even lead to higher emissions, and carbon buildup, due to the fact that you are not buring all of it completely.
Flooding is due to one (or both) of 2 things. Leaky fuel injectors, or low compression.
Use the search button for your question on the single cat-back, there is a plethora of information reguarding that topic.
