Does the ECU need to be re-soldered?

Does the places that look screwed up need to be re-soldered?

I dont have much of a clue about this.

I can't tell anything from that pic. It's not high-res enough. Even with a board sitting in front of you, it's hard to diagnose a cold solder joint. Sometimes they're obvious, but many times they aren't.

Are you sure your problem is inside the ECU? What is the problem you're trying to fix?

Yeah, sorry about the picture. It was 1 meg but i had to shrink it to under 100kb... to 40 k

gay... anyway i am going to resolder it just for the **** of it

I would resolder anything that's brown like that. When I pulled mine, I resoldered all the brown spots and it now works like a dream. Besides, if you've got it out now, you might as well... Call it preventitive maintenance.
