does anyone have pics of a fc with slanted exhuast on either the driverside or passenger side. ("point up to the side" style)

Lol, you mean the ones that come out the rear and slant upwards? I hate that, it also leaves nice carbon deposites all over your ******* rear paint job...

he means angled, most exhaust fro FCs are jstu strait otu back while other cars have a slight angle to them which i think looks sweet. i also wonderd if anyone haev exhaust liek this.

 

ive seen a white GXL have a slanted exuast comming out of the passenger side, i think it had a titaium ( burnt tip ) muffler ....i didnt have time to ask since it was on the freeway...but it looks REALLY NICE!!!!!!

its commonly seen on 240sx and supras. i was thinking of gettin the common apexi n1 knockoff and slanting it like this. blitz, apexi, ect makes slanted exhaust. i heard it has better airflow by eliminated amount of bents somehow. personally i think it helps airflow b/c of physics; CO2 floats up. so if pointed in that direction less restriction. who knows, i think it looks sick and better than the plain old straight.

 

i seen it done to a FC before (single exhaust). it looks pretty nice. but dont try and slant two mufflers (dual exhaust) cuz i seen that before too and it looked gay

 

Dont get a big bling-type muffler like that green FD has either, they dont get you laid any more contrary to popular belief.

 

yeah, dual / slanted looks to crazy for me. the single seems nice and clean.

the apex'i n1, single or dual, slants up slightly, ive heard its just their "signature" that angle of them but that couldve been misinformation

 

the first pic, the white car, has the corksport catback, nice and clean, the 2nd is an N1 single.

i got the ssautochrome one too, it look nice, but they forgot to told me that their fucken exaust miss 2 feet to fit... they suuck.

what's the point of this BTW? I see it on Hondas all the time and I think it looks gay...what are the benefits besides ricepoints?

Hey thats my car My exhaust is dirty in that pic lol It angles a slight bit but not to much. I do actually really like that exhaust but I have had it for a while now and am thinking about having my exhaust guy do a custom setup. But I do like the angled style. My roommates 240 has an angled exhaust by 5zigen and his car isnt ricey Its just all about keeping your car clean looking!

 

unless you have a good design for the custom, dont bother, it will make no where near the power of the N1, or something that has some R&D into it. or maybe have him make a copy of the kakimoto
