well, does it work, or do i have to buy a special one... i already searched

Any tach that can be configured for a 4 cylinder will work.

How you connect the tach?

There are "test" connectors on both the leading and trailing coil packs.
If you use the leading coil pack test connector, it fires like a 4-cylinder.
If you use the trailing coil pack test connector, it fires like a V8.

This is why I said: "It depends..."
