Do you ever adjust #1 Secondary TB valve for performance?

Do you ever adjust #1 Secondary TB valve for performance?
I was just researching something, and came up with a question:

IS adjusting #1 Secondary TB valves will increase performnce or response? Why they need adjustment anyways?

If they're within spec they don't need adjusting.
