Do rotary engine condensates- just wondering

I have really quick question, Do rotary engine condensate, and when you warm up the car in cold days does it smoke for a little while. But on warmer days it doesnt smoke.
Something i realize recently.

All cars produce water vapor. When it's cold, it looks like steam (except that actual steem is invisable but you know what I mean).
