What's up, Logan?

Are you talking electrical connection, or hydraulic connection?

Didn't you say something about this when we met up for the tranny deal? Can't remember...

Need? I didnt hook mine back up after the master cylinder swap last weekend. No ill effects. I believe it turns on an idiot light when the fluid goes below that hole. I check it often enough that its not a big issue. I guess I'll hook it back up tomorrow though.

And my S5 DOES have one. Though my S5 mastercylinder (that I bought by asking for an S5 mastercylnder) is completely different from what the Haynes book says all S5's have. FSM is right on the money though.

kenteth, that's good news... i REALLY don't want to have to deal with that.

Yeh, that's your low-level switch assy...

Like Kenteth said, check that sucker visually every time you pop the hood, so you won't go slamming into the back of someone...

Did you ever get that sucker running?

I know you're under the hood every day now, I'm talking about when you actually get it to drive it, lol

haha! well... i'll still be under there just about every day anyways no, it's not street legal yet.. gotta bleed the brakes. won't have time to do that until wednesday though

boy, when i get to drive my girl again it'll be like HEAVEN for me. there's just something about driving a 95 windstar for MANY weeks in a row that doesn't seem too exciting.

BTW, I found out last week how much teflon taping the bleeders helped on the calipers. I was constantly bleeding air back into the system trough the threads. I teflonned them and bleeding the entire system. Bleeding used to take an hour, with the teflon tape on the threads, I was able to rebleed the entire system in about 15 minutes (minus preptime--tire removal/install) after I swapped in the new master cylinder.
