do i need a clutch?

ok, i won't be pushing much over stock when i finish my motor swap. it's a 90 13b n/a going in to my 84 gs. i know i need to use the clutch of the year motor. so, i was looking at exedy and they have the oem replacement kit for like 160 bucks. all the damn street/strip clutches are like 300 - 400 dollars; do i need that? i mainly just do spirited driving. thanks,

You can probably get away with the OE clutch. NA's generally wont have enough power to make a clutch slip like a turbo one. I think it was kevin who used a NA clutch with a turbo ii motor and even in good condition it would slip like a bitch at high speeds...
