do i have to plug it for the other to work?

on my S5 i am missing one port actuator and the other was stuck. i just took it off and loosened it up. so now when i blow into the tube it actuates and the axilaury port moves freely. when i put it back on, it still didn't activate. do i need to plug the tube that is supposed to feed the other actuator for this one to work? or are their air pressurs seperate from each other and something else needs to be fixed?

Thanks

Yes you'd need to block it off. The air pressure line is tee'd to the two actuators, so it'll all be leaking out the open tube.

The more important question is why would you want to run with only one actuator?!
