Divetrain modifications?
everyone seems to be concerned with horsepower and torque here when we should really worry about whats getting that hp to the wheels i havent found **** about drivetrain mods nothing cept the hks dogmission which then i dont know crap about is anyone here experianced with modifing the rx7 drivetrain it shouldnt matter if mines a NA or T2 because eventully both owners want to get more horsepower better shifting or non broken rear axles so info on this in part is helpful and should be archived for everyone to view

The only thing that's been brought to my attention by another member here is a carbon fiber driveshaft. This unit can be custom built by ACPT in Southern California.
That would however be one of the last things I would do. The dollar to power ratio isn't significant. However when approaching the power limit for my stock drivetrain, then the strength factor will definitely come into play.
It'd be nice to have someone calculate how much less power would be loss to the the change in drivetrain. This would only end up on our drag car. We wouldn't need to generate more than 400hp for our street or roadrace setups as Scott has implied.
I am also interested in what is out there for the FC, halfshafts, etc.... Transmission I know and that's a lot o'loot.
