Go get yourself some MAPP gas and heat the bitch up, then beat on it... with a 4lb hammer.. its probably got some locktight in there and its stuck to the shaft..

I removed mine by simply using a pry bar. It went out pretty easily.
I don't see the purpose of using loctite on the flywheel itself. I used loctite on the nut and it's the only place i used it

hitting it with a hammer? mmmmmmmmm
I'd be really careful with this method since the flywheel has to be PERFECTLY flat to function properly.
Beat this up with a '' nice sized '' hammer and you'll maybe end up with a f****d up clutch action!

Easiest way to get the flywheel off is to pry from the back with a decent sized pry bar, and then hit the out edge with a hammer. Put a block of wood between the hammer and the flywheel to prevent damage. That has always popped it off for me after a few blows.
Use two people, and keep the flywheel nut on (but loose) to protect the threads and prevent the flywheel from shooting off and landing on your toes (ask me how I know...).
