Both the lights start out bright at the beginning, but then eventually the right one (standing from the front) would grow dimmer than the left. This happen before I replaced the lights too. Is it a wiring problem?

 

Check your ground connection.

 

Bad ground +1

Look for a black wire with a ring terminal and a bolt nearby the light behind the frame that holds the light assembly hinge and clean up the connection.
