Differential mount problem, not your usual crap!

Ok, I am well aware of how to properly change a front differential mount. I've done it a few times now. I am having a weird problem with my car. Everything is tightened down, with the exception of the two large forward nuts, holding the subframe to the body, and the long horizontal bar going to the rear of the subframe. The problem is that I cannot get the subframe to line up with the large studs. If I somehow manage to get the passenger side on (just barely on there, to where I can jack it up the rest of the way), the drivers side will not line up, period. I cannot push it forward at all to go into the hole. If I remove the differential completely from the mount, the holes will line up, but then theres no room to get the bitch bolted down without the subframe hanging down. Has anyone had this problem, and how did you solve it?

Also, quick help would be appreciated. I'm working on it right now.

I figured it out. For future reference, here's what I did. I let both sides of the subframe hang down. Then I slid the driver's side onto the stud and held it with a jack. Then I unbolted one side of the differential and let it hang. I then slid the passenger's side subframe onto the stud. Then I jacked up the differential onto it's stud. Strange that I had to go through so much, it's never happened before.

Getting the subframe back onto the studs was a pain when I changed out my front diff mount. I basically did the exact same thing: loosened all the nuts, then lifted/pried it onto the studs.
