When I removed the differential (another story) I burned off the mount destroying the rubber. I'm now left with a metal piece on the differential and a metal piece on the cross member. Should I weld these two together? Mazda wants $135 for a new mount, this seems exorbitant to me!! Is there anyone who can offer advice?
