Differential Install
Well. Saturday I installed my new differential mount.
The total time was about 6-7 hours but that was cause I was watching TV while putting it in.
TV's in the garage rock.
I was bracing for a long haul difficult thing but it was just a little time consuming but easy.
I did it all by myself.
OK I bought some PB Blaster and some jack stands.
I then jacked it up and removed the exhaust Y pipe back. (not that hard)
I then removed the 4 nuts holding on the subframe.
Then removed the subframe link thing bolt.
Then just pulled it down.
When people say you need to drop the subframe down 5-6 inches they're totally right. They're almost impossible to get to with it dropped less than that.
Breaking the nuts loose was the only pain really. Just get some type of penetrating stuff and a good long bar to help break em.
just bolt up the new mountl and put the subframe back up and you set.
If anyones in AZ and needs some tips then PM me.

Anytime you mess with the geometry of the suspension, no matter how careful you are, it throws things off.
I just did exactly what you did, only I just removed ONE bolt of the sub-frame as well as the lower center link bolt. Aside from dropping the Y-pipe, it's all you really have to do as then you can tilt it enough to expose the front mount bolts.
I had aligned the car not more than 2 months ago, but had it checked. Sure enough, the toe was off.
Drive well, drive safe.
