Differential differences?

I'm an autocrosser and would like to have an LSD on my '88 SE. So I was wondering if the differentials w/ LSD are the same on the non turbo and turbo models? Is the turbo2 rearend stronger than the NA one? Any help is much appreciated and I already understand that the turbo2 diff requires a new driveshaft.

Thanks in advance. I checked the FAQ and couldn't find what I was looking for.

well lets see......the TII has more power.....

Yes its stronger. Not only would you require a driveshaft and trans, but also the half-shafts from a TII.
