Difference of s4 Vs. s5 ECU

I am currently in the process of turboing my 6-port motor and I need to know about the ECU. The car is an s5, but I am using a s4 turbo. I am going to use a turbo ECU, but was wondering what the difference between a s4 and s5 ECU is.
I am talking both performance and emissions wise. The OMP is controlled by the ECU on a s5 right? So would an s4 ECU work?

They are not swappable, so don't bother worrying about the differences.
The plugs do not even fit.
