difference between FC and FD 4-pot calipers?

Can anyone tell me the difference between the FC 4 piston calipers and the FD 4 piston calipers used on the 3rd gen?

Are there pictures of them anywhere on the web?

Nothing.&nbsp I thought the mount bracket was different, but cym managed to mount some FD calipers on his Kouki FC.

The FD calipers are supposedly "squeeze cast" units, which is supposed to be lighter, but the internals and dimensions of the brake caliper itself (minus the mounting bracket) is exactly the same.&nbsp Piston size is the same...piston construction is the same, hell, they both use the SAME brake pads.

The FD does use a slightly larger diameter brake rotor.
