Diff identification help

I've searched the site, cross reference with other sites and still really haven't found the answer I was looking for.

I wouldn't doubt if these questions get asked all the time, however the threads I found didn't answer it as I was hoping. SO here goes.

I have a 93 miata... looking to use a NA clutch pack LSD in it. You guys got the good one... I want to share in that :p.

Anyways.. I've found a possible candidate... but he is unsure if its from an NA or a TII. I have one picture to go on.

I need to figure out if there is a way to identify it from that picture... as an NA lsd one... or a TII model (which wouldn't work).

He was also selling one of these... where these oil coolers specific to any chassis/model? Or on all the rx7s

These calipers too...

I only posted the others, because I'm believe its all from the same car.

Oh... and its all destined for this miata.

I'll keep checking for any feedback/suggestions.
Or feel free to catch me on aim, my screen name is splitime there also.

Thanks,
Dave

Impossible to tell from that picture of if the diff is from a Turbo or non turbo.

Does it have a the yellow LSD tag?

Does it have the vent?

I'll have more pictures of it this evening. One being a rear view shot with a measuring tape over it. (just thinking... that angle and tape won't help much will it? Since the ring gear [7"vs8"] runs parallel with car. So is the height of the housings different? Or is it an internal modification only...)

Vent? I've not found any references of a vent in my homework to identify this diff.

Of note, it does spin both half shafts when the driveshaft mount is spun.

what vent are you talking about icemark?

I am also trying to see what diff i have in my parts car. If it is an LSD the clutchs are gone.

Splittime: A normal diff will spin both half shafts when you turn the main shaft and no load is on the halfs.

What you want to do is hold the main shaft and spin 1 half, see if the other half spins in the same direction, other direction, or not at all (like mine).

Then try holding one half and spinning the main and see what happens.
