Well, I was reading the sticky and it says 89 TII came with power windows and locks as standards... But I don't see a power-lock switch inside the car or anything?? Well, I'm kinda confused here

 

Standard on the 91, not sure on the 89.

 

they indeed did, there isnt a power lock switch, the power lock motors are in the lock levers themselves, by lifting and lowering the driverside lock, the passengers side lock should go up and down as well, if not, check all of your fuses, if that doesnt seem to work, your motors may need replacing -alex

Also the position sensor in the driver's side switch gets dirty.
A little spray contact cleaner works wonders..

 

Where can I access the position sensor?

 

One screw holds the plastic door handle & lock cover.
With it off you can spray contact cleaner behind the lock slide button.
