Defi-Guages acting up

Hey guys I have the whole Defi-Link Guage system. I have Water Temp, Exhaust Temp, Oil Press, Oil Temp, and Fuel Press. All the guages fluttered on and off. Then they went off completely and I cant get them to come bck on. My CD player also has done the same thing which leads me to believe its a fuse. Anyone that can help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Mike

Bad install.
Blame the person who put them in.

Nah well they have worked for a long time with no problem. I mean they just went out suddenly w/ my CD player. But then sometimes they come bck on. Could it be a fuse? or loose wire or something? They were installed right. they worked for more than 4 or 5 months before giving any problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

If the electrical problem is limited to just the aftermarket parts, then it has to be the install.
Just because it didn't fail earlier or more consistently, it doesn't mean you can't blame the install.
I bet you've got those nasty "Scotch-Loks" or wire taps that are very unreliable.
I splice and solder all my connections, and I never run into problems like this.

I would double-check the wiring, and get rid of any wire taps you see.
