deep dish or not?

helo- tease chrome 17x7.5 inch FWD

Im pretty sure I've heard something about FWD meaning that the rims had a positive offset but I could be completely wrong thats why im asking. :p

heres the link

thanks

O and since im posting might as well ask this. I want to install and EGT gauge... for the probe i was wondering if i should put it in the downpipe near the O2 sensor or should i put it closer to the exhaust manifold?

FWD is a marketing thing for them. find out the offset to be sure, because FWD means nothing in relation to the wheels.

and you wanna put the egt close to the manifold. search around for this and you'll find some info.

aren't fwd rims usually in a smaller width range... whereas rwd rims can get up to like 11" width+ or something?

I believe FWD rims' spokes sink, so to speak, behind the spider, whereas RWD spokes are outward from the spider.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but our FC's actually do run "FWD offsets" on our wheels.

"FWD offsets" typically imply very high offset numbers.
Stock Turbo II wheel offsets 16" x 7", +40mm.

"RWD offsets" typically imply lower offset numbers.
