deciphering wiring harnesses

so in my pursuit to pin down my idling problem. [ive brought it down to an electrical problem. when the afm is disconnected, idle is perfect.]

anyway...so i went to tackle the removal of the old hks turbo timer the previous owner had installed. now i removed the timer itself and the harness that was connected to it....but now im left with a conundrum. some plugs that i dont know where they go...soo someone please help! the following pics are of plugs and harnesses under the steering wheel next to the fuse box.

this is a plug that has a blue and gray/pink. there is a plug next to it that is gray and gray/white wires... where does these go?

wtf is this???? i didnt disconnect it but it was just there...is that a diagnostic port?

this was disconnected not by me...wat is it?

the other two plugs that i removed from the wiring harness...where does these go?

and just for reference what are these?

please help...i need this **** done already haha
