Data log to check for vacuum leaks or bad tps?

I'll start by saying I patched my TID since it had a large crack in it. Anyhow, I'm back to a rough idle again after a few weeks so I'll assume it is messed up again. I have some datalogs to review as well. I'm assuming my results match up with a horrible vacuum leak. My data logs show that the primary injector duty cycle goes to 3ms-4ms from 2ms-ish and the o2 sensor voltage goes down off the chart from .8v to <.01v when I let the car idle rough (without foot on throttle). So do I have a typical vacuum leak? Would this condition match a bad tps more? I'm leaning toward no on that one.

Any thoughts on the data logs and idle condition? I'm going to get some couplers from ebay and then get a bent pipe from a muffler shop to replace the factory TID.

Also, the TPS is at 16% at idle. Is this the correct? I did the lamp checker and only one bulb is on.

USE ZIP TIES!!!! The hose that feeds the oil injectors came off the back off the UIM. Now to let the motor cool so I can remove the intercooler.

20% On the TPS reading if it's a series four. It should be set at approx 1vdc which is 20% of 5vdc (the ref voltage).
