some idiot previous owner cut some diodes and jumpers from the dash warning light panel, not even desolderd them, straight up just cut em, only issue I have is Resistor 19, I can't find the value anywhere.
any help would be apriciated.

I also replaced the missing diodes with N4007 diodes (1A 1000V diodes) hope this doesn't matter too much, at least I dont think it does
