dash/tail lights out - question.

So i had a problem that many other rx7 owners seem to experience, the connection for my dash/tail lights burn out. no fun. now im looking for another harness and headlight switch.
My question is this, I have an 86 GXL, would I have to have a harness/switch from an S4 or could it be from either an S4 or S5?

The Headlight switch is the same, however the harnesses are specific per series as the turn signals (which use the same harness) have different wiring.

So in other words, a 89-91 harness would plug in, but not work correctly for a 86-88 FC.
