Angry Dash lights fail after an accident

Hey guys! I hit a deer a few hours ago. Minimal damage thank god, but it managed to get my drivers turn signal. I limped it to my dad's store, and got an amber bulb to get me by till I fix the cracked section. So I was taking it home, and all of a sudden my dash lights failed. I pulled over and checked the fuses. One was blown (I don't know which, because my fuse cover is gone) but it was a 5 amp. I replaced it with another 5, turned on the lights and they went again. I threw a 10 in to see if maybe someone had just accidently put a 5 in or something, and they blew again. I don't wanna run anything higher in it. Also, the light blinks real fast now, you can barely tell it's blinking. I thought maybe there was a short or something, but the wires are all intact. Any thoughts on this?

sounds like you have a broken or shorted turn/parking light.

The dash lights use the same fuse as the parking lights.

and the lumination fuse is a 15 amp fuse... not a 5 amp one. It is a blue fuse.
