thanks for the answers Pele!

but now ive got some more...

after removing my harness (i figured it out...) and inspected it, its in perfect condition! no burnt/melted connections anywhere... which is odd because i still only get headlights... no tail lights/dash lights/parking lights. could the switch itself be burned out?

Yes

Try wiggling the White/Green stripe wire going into the switch. (Feeds power from the Illumination fuse to the switch)

Then try wiggling the Red/Black stripe wire coming from the switch (Feeds power to the exterior parking lights from the switch.)

I forget which one does the dash lights. I'll have to look at my harness at home.
