Damn master cylinder. Help!
Replacing master cylinder. Ordered for 1990 GXL. Replacement looks exactly like original. Now I'm trying to get the damn resivor off the original and I'm about to break the plugs off trying to extract it. The Haynes manual says that the '89+ resivors are held in by a screw. What screw? The only screw on the damn piece of **** is the stopper screw on the bottom! And my master cylinder, according to the illustration in the Haynes Manual, is for a '86-'88!?! [except that the attachment flange is correct]
Can someone please...please help me before I loose my mind?

[according to the rules, one cannot report a post for superfluousness to have it deleted]
Brake master. And never mind, I managed to get it off. Unit replaced, but system will need another bleed to be done tomorrow.
