Damn emissions stuff

OK I got really pissed at my 1989 TII trying to chase down a crust vaccum line and decided it had to go. I unbolted the TMIC and the UIM. Now I removed the rack and did everything as close to the writeup HAILERS did with BRANDO. I have a few questions:

1.) I removed the BAC and the AWS so what do I do with those two large lines that go betweeen the TMIC and the UIM

2.) The write up shows only three lines going to the back of the UIM, but I have 4. The bottom one goes to what looks like a check valve and then back into the throttle body. The next is a 4 mm line that looks like the drawlings is the line to the secondaries FPR. The next is the 7 or 8 mm and it goes to the splitter that feeds the oil injectors. Last but not least the top 4 mm runs to the primary FPR. Right????

I started up the beast tonight and it won't idle right and surges (FPR??). Let me know guys....

Thanks
David
GroveTucky guy!

BTW: I need to get a catch can for the line that goes off the center iron. Can anyone give me the part number speced out in the writup above?

Cap the connections.
The write up shows only three lines going to the back of the UIM, but I have 4. The bottom one goes to what looks like a check valve and then back into the throttle body. The next is a 4 mm line that looks like the drawlings is the line to the secondaries FPR. Not quite right. The bottom one goes to the double throttle system on the TB (removed with the TB mod), the biggest one goes to the oil injector splitter and the other two go to the primary and secondary injector air bleeds. There is onlt one FPR, and it's fed from the angled nipple on the inside of the LIM.
I started up the beast tonight and it won't idle right and surges (FPR??).
Sounds like a vac leak, not the FPR. If the FPR isn't connected right (and from your description it may not be) it'll idle very rich.
