I havn't decided final pricing yet. I have to figure out the final costs of powders, blasting media, electricity etc. Give me ideas what you think a fair price is.

Well, I figure the pulleys cost you $4 a piece plus a buck shipping or so. So $5 a pulley to start. Powerdercoating costs like $5 a pulley if you do em in bulk (never done anything like that before)? Then tack on a markup and shipping charge. Make it $20 shipped if you provide the pulley. If you dont, take out the cost of the pulley, and make it $15.
Just a guess of what you sould charge. Sounds fair to me.
Also, if people order a whole set, maybe charge them less. Like make it $50 for the whole set. I dunno.

Cost to me after I ship them out is like 15.00 bucks. It takes 15-20 minutes to blast. Another 5-10 to chemically clean. 20 minute bake out. 5 minutes to coat . 20-25 minutes to bake for single stage colors. + clean-out time for the gun. Cleaning out the booth to collect unused powder. Used parts have to be degreased before all the other steps are accomplished.
